LAW, GOSPEL & THE MEANS OF GRACE
The following Lesson Plans were used in a Wednesday evening
Bible class at
Zion
Evangelical
Lutheran
Church
,
Tomball
,
Texas
beginning in 2009. The
first part of the course is from Walther’s The Proper
Distinction Between Law and Gospel, with the second part being
from David Scaer’s Law and Gospel and
the Means of Grace. In
no way can using these Lesson Plans replace the books themselves,
particularly for any class leader or teacher.
However, in light of the massive amount of confusion of Law
and Gospel encountered in the written and proclaimed messages of
today, we pray that these Lesson Plans will benefit you in holding
onto the pure Word of God.
